By accessing or using our website ("the Site"), mobile application ("the App"), or any other services we provide (collectively, "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Pawsket offers a wide range of pet products including food, grooming supplies, accessories, health products, and more. All prices are listed in EGP (Egyptian Pound) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payments

•      We accept cash on delivery and online payments via supported payment methods.

•      Orders not paid within 24 hours of placement may be automatically cancelled.

•      Your order will only be processed and shipped after payment is confirmed.

•      If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our customer service team immediately.

2.3 Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure all information on our Site and App is accurate and up to date. However, product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on inaccurate information. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us and we will resolve them promptly.

2.4 Offers and Promotions

•      All offers and promotions are subject to availability and may change or expire without prior notice.

•      In the event of an error in a promotion or offer, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution or issue a refund within 30 working days where applicable.

2.5 Refunds and Cancellations

•      Users are responsible for cancelling their orders if necessary before shipment.

•      Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.

If you wish to disconnect your social media account from Pawsket, you may do so through the settings of the relevant social media platform.

•      All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.

Pawsket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if any of these Terms of Use are violated, fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.

You may not create links to Pawsket's website without prior written permission from Pawsket. If you create an unauthorized inbound hyperlink, you are responsible for any losses that we may incur as a result.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

This website, the App, and all their contents — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, software, and data — are the intellectual property of Pawsket, Inc. and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

•      Print or download content for your personal, non-commercial use

•      Share content with others for their personal use, provided you credit Pawsket as the source

You may not:

•      Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission from Pawsket

•      Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any content

7. Warranties and Liability

7.1 Website and App Availability

While we make every effort to ensure our Services run smoothly, Pawsket is not liable for any downtime, temporary interruptions, or technical issues that may affect availability.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawsket is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or unauthorized access to personal information. Note: These Terms are available in both English and Arabic. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for users in Egypt and the Arab region.
